Great discovery. Excellent food and service, I can't rate it highly enough. It puts some of the big chains (especially Miller & Carter) in the shade. Thank you, we'll be back.

Unexpectedly nice pub! Really nice decor, super friendly staff and delicious food! The day I went they had no ales on which was a shame, but I believe it was a supplier issue? I had their signature burger and loaded fries which to me was all a bit too sweet, however that was my own fault. My colleague had the rolled lamb which was delicious, especially the garlic purée!

My family arranged a surprise group meal - thought it was just my daughter and grandkids! My first visit and it won't be my last. Love the layout, the ladies was clean and smart. Most importantly, my veggie meal was DELICIOUS! Butternut squash pie, with mash, large chunks of sweet potato, mash, tenderstem broccoli and spinach, with the best tasting gravy ever....
