The railings are ok, although there is some rust. But the plinth has not lasted, and for £580, I feel I have been ripped off. I have since been told that it is made of cement, when it should be concrete. Either way,, it started crumbling almost immediately. The owner is unresponsive and not interested in putting things right. [edit] How curious that two positive reviews have suddenly appeared. One reviewer has not written any other reviews, and the other lives in Cornwall - surprising he didn't choose a more local company, especially during lockdown. Anyway, be aware that the website has no details other than a phone number and a mail forwarding address. In other words, he's anonymous which makes it difficult to take legal action for substandard work.
