Ordered several radiators in a colour to match my walls following a refurb. Couldn't fault their customer services or the products, just what I was after!

(Translated by Google) Quite comfortable. There could just be more room for trucks. (Original) Celkem na pohodu. Jen by mohlo být více místa pro kamiony.

Ordered 9 radiators (bespoke RAL colours) mid October 2019. 8 arrived within a reasonable timeframe (although longer than the 4 weeks suggested on TRC’s website), but the last one just kept getting pushed back and back. I received email updates with revised estimated delivery dates (typically getting pushed back 2 weeks each time) and in the end it took 12 weeks. Quality is good but difficult to manage a building project with a lack of clarity around lead times.

With respect to cast iron radiators, I suggest that you avoid this company like the plague. They have demonstrated time and again that they have no quality control systems in place and no concept of customer service. We ordered 20 of their Ledbury Cast Iron radiators (some being Mini-Ledburys) in June 2015 at a cost of over £16600. Here are just some of the problems we have experienced:- 1. One radiator had defective feet; 2. Two radiators were supplied with two left hand sections rather than a left and right hand section; 3. One radiator was supplied with the two sections with different paint finishes; 4. One radiator was supplied with one individual section the wrong way round due to being miscast; 5. One radiator had a huge curve on it which is very noticeable; 6. Two radiators immediately developed pin prick leaks due to poor casting. All this has meant that radiators have constantly had to be sent back and on occasions the replacement radiators have been defective as well! The consequent delays, the extra time spent by the plumbers and the general hassle have been unending. Finally, on 7th December 2015, the Regional Manager of the Radiator Company paid us a visit and, of course, said such issues had never arisen before blah blah blah. Has he bothered to contact us since? Of course not. We have two further replacement radiators being fitted next week (January 2016) but I do not anticipate that this will necessarily be the end of the saga. Steer well clear. Oh, and one final thing that irked us immensely is the excessive amount of stamps that are stamped into the cast iron on both the top and bottom of the sections so that however you place them there is always a set of stamps fully visible. In the case of the mini-Kellers, they have a stamp with an arrow saying 'This side up' - which one would have thought was totally unnecessary. Mind you, the way The Radiator Company operate, it might have avoided even more problems with their assembly process! Latest update - the two new radiators duly arrived and guess what - both were defective. One had three of the four legs the wrong way round - they had clearly been miscast so that the stamping was out of kilter with the rest of the radiator; the other arrived with three feet on it, whilst the one that it replaced only had two so that it did not sit properly on the floor. Unbelievably shambolic.
