The afternoon tea was a gift for a 60th birthday. The service was good but the quality of food was low. Coffee came in a teapot? I opted for a latte that was extra. It came from a machine and looked as if someone had spat in the cup. It was swapped for a cappuccino that didn't look much better. The sandwiches were very plain and so were the cakes. Could someone please tell me what the 'cream' was? Couldn't make out whether it was some sort of vegetarian cream or sterilised cream from a tin. Sorry I wouldn't recommend and I won't be back

Came here for afternoon tea is was from groupon and was given to us as a Christmas present. Upon arrival staff greeted us and showed us to our table. Asked if we wanted tea or coffee we said coffee the young girl brought tea this was quickly changed with no issues. Coffee arrived I was a little disappointed as it was instant coffee it wasn’t nice. Food was ok. I feel it has dropped it standards a little as it want very clean. The windows were dirty and smeared and there was things on the floor
