A beautiful place with a relaxing atmosphere. Fantastic afternoon teas, presentation lovely. staff were very helpful and friendly. Service was first rate, staff went beyond the usual duties and i was very grateful. I will be going back and reconnecting the Queen of bakes to all my friends.

Was not the hype as it was ment to be , women working was very rude , she clearly did not want to be their , took 45 mins to get a toastie and their was no other tables in their, no cakes to buy , not alllowed to buy sausage rolls and then sold some to a man who came in and wanted one , would be much better if you had someone different working with people skills and actually want to do their job, very disappointing!
