Excellent and friendly service. Unfortunately the food was average. Fish and chips, as well as the onion rings on the burger were over cooked and quite oily. Same with the burger. In-house brewed beer was great! The garden's ambient atmosphere is lovely! The pub is dog-friendly.

Lovely little find after a walk around City. Tattooed barman with an historic Grandfather who served in RN during WW11 rounding up Japanese Soldiers from deserted Islands long after VJ Day. Great pub/restaurant some comfy seating areas. Arnie. " I'll be back"
