  Great place to live. Super comfortable rooms, nicely located and the management, especially Selna, is super helpful and warm. Highly recommend for students/young professionals!

  My son lived here for 6 months and was happy with the accomodation. Good location close to station, shops, gym etc. Selna is friendly and helpful so big thank to her and all staff. It is a bit expensive but worth it!

  Pros: good location, nice and responsive onsite staff, good flat neighbours, very close to shops and train/bus stations. Cons: ground floor flats are not well sound insulated and very noisy, rent was about 15-20% more expensive than market value, lack of attention to tenants health and well being from head-office staff (etc Zak).

  I had to move out of my previous flat during first lockdown very abruptly as, like many letting agents, they decided to give back the property as no one was looking for places to rent. I found Quarters super quickly and Selna was incredible. Despite moving in under very stressed circumstances, I was looked after and felt safe. It’s a clean building with friendly and helpful staff and even though my stay was only ever meant to be for 6 months, I was sad to say goodbye. Selna really looked after me during the pandemic. If you are ever stuck for a place to move into, definitely look these guys up. Thank you Selna! (Genuine resident June 2020 to January 2021)

  The Quarters Kilburn is a really nice place. However, I had a really bad experience with my rental application. I’ve paid the reservation fee which was £260 and the very next day, I have withdrawn the application due to personal reasons. I believe I have not caused them any trouble as I did not push through with the application. I just literally paid the reservation fee and in less than 24hrs I told them that I will not push through. Unfortunately, they did not refund the fee I paid for. They should have mentioned the “No refund policy” before they let me do the reservation even if it was written in their terms and agreement. It was very sad for me that they did not even consider my case and just took the money I worked hard for. I tried sending an email to the landlord asking to reconsider my case and refund the £260, but I have not heard from them since then. I never got my money back.

  This was a really lucky find, I am so glad it was where I ended up after having to quickly find somewhere to live for a six-month contract in London. The building manager Selna really put in the time, made sure I was able to move in to the building around the start date for my job and helped settle me in when I arrived after a long train ride. The rest of the staff were really friendly as well and always made sure to check in the whole time I was there. The studio was a good fit for this kind of stay - It’s a large amount of space for London, nicely decorated and you get a good view of the high street if you’re staying in during the day. Along with this there's a kitchen unit and bathroom which were really decent along with a communal laundry room on the ground floor. There's also an option for a really fair priced cleaning service you can opt for separately which on some busy weeks was perfect. I honestly couldn’t have found a better location for working in central London, there’s an overground and underground station less than 5 minutes walk away, along with bus stops right outside the front door. Supermarkets and other stores for everything else you will need are all a short walk away too. Despite this the building is quiet, neighbors and other guests were really respectful and friendly. Overall, you’d struggle to find somewhere else like this – They’ll make sure you’re taken care of, good quality spaces and the transport links are fantastic for getting around London. Couldn't recommend it highly enough and I'll be trying to get back in whenever I have to work in the area.

  I’ve been living in London for 16 years and the Quarters Kilburn is the best place I’ve ever rented. It’s almost three years now and I’ve never felt so much like a home before. The place is comfortable, quiet, clean and with the excellent location on the high street you have a huge selection of shops and different ways of public transport. I can recommend the Quarters Kilburn to anyone!
