Shocking service! Rude staff and no urgency (despite knowing there is a show on). The restaurant has gone downhill due to the service which is a shame as the food is good. Won't be returning.

Visited after the ABP marathon race, exceptional service, looked after us well and they were great with the toddlers / kids. Food was the best I've had out in a long time, the kids loved their spag bol too. Would recommend a visit and I'll certainly return if I'm in the area next time! Thank you Kid-friendliness: Staff are great with the kids, there isn't much for them to do in terms of a play area, but the staff went the extra mile to look after them

After breaking down in the pouring rain, two lovely men came and pushed me onto the curb within minutes! after finding out they were from here, they invited me into their pub with very friendly staff whilst I waited for the AA and treated myself to a drink. Will definitely be coming here again!
