Their flavours taste revolting - and by a country-mile compared to other brands I persisted trying 6 different flavours because I wanted organic juice. However they’re unpalatable - none represent their names eg. Orange Ice is more like vaping Mint Perfume, or Sour Pastel is more like huffing on a Pot Purée Glade Plug-in. Sweet flavours aren’t sweet, sour has zero sour, fruit is lost in a mess of weird tastes that I’ve never experienced with vapes before. Had to bin them.

The Sedgley store is useless .the staff won't do anything for you and say there not bothered for your business. have tried ordering liquid for 4 months of which I've always had they couldn't be bothered to order it for me. avoid this store at all costs

Ever since my first visit, the manager has always been helpful in making sure the products I bought were exactly what I needed. Extremely knowledgeable, and gave advice relevant to my purchases. This quality of service has carried through to every visit to the store, making sure that every time I visit I leave happy and satisfied with my purchase, couldn't ask for better customer service. Product purchase SMOK mag kit and follow up products, coils, juice etc.
