You've really got to go some to achieve the appalling level of service that you can expect to receive at the pump house surgery. Mis labelled and lost tests, rude staff (when you actually see one ) and as much chance of seeing an actual doctor as reviving someone from the grave. If you do manage to book an appointment the earliest you can hope for is one month away.

This place is a joke, if you want to see a bunch of inefficient people work together in chaos, this is your place. A bit like one of the poorly run restaurants you see on reality tv where a celebrity chef goes to transform. Nobody knows anything, to get through to someone it's impossible, if you do, it's always met with an attitude. I am not sure whats going on with this place but Its not great.

They need to double staff numbers or start working when actual working people can make appointments. VERY GOOD DOCTORS AND STAFF WORKING BUT THERE IS JUST NOT ENOUGH For a village and surrounding area thats grown rapidly in the last 5 years. 8am call ups then getting fobbed off with a nurse on something major is also painful. Doesnt seem to be any prioritisation for serious issues and put behind some old lady with a bunion.

Went there today as I struggle with my mental health and asked for help as I feel that I don't wanna live anymore to be told come bk Thursday. Ive now smashed my house to bits and crashed my motorbike on way home as what's the point they don't care do they. Don't ever go there and ask for help. Now have broken knuckles and in lots of pain aswell. Kind regards from a nobody

Every interaction with the dispensary and ancillary staff leaves me disenchanted. No answerphone or call waiting/hold service on phone lines, and very difficult to get through and actually speak to anyone without physically visiting site. Sad to say, pretty disappointing overall.

Trina at the surgery was amazing with getting my bloods this morning. It’s always been a dreaded appt for me due to my veins being difficult to find, however Trina was so caring and took her time to reassure me, I was in and out within a few minutes! Thank you!
