Such a shame having eaten here before we were looking forward to our meal last night but it was awful. The service was slow to say the least and we were constantly left, We waited for approx 40 mins for someone came to take our drinks order then we had to chase him up to take our food order. The waiter was rude, loud and quite aggressive he didn't listen which meant we had to keep repeating ourselves everytime we needed to order. I chose vegetarian lasagne which had been baked until it was bone dry, the garlic bread had no garlic. My other half had lamb shank which too was overcooked. Other members of the group were not impressed with their meals. Generally a bad night all round for The Pullman.

There is a best place to eat pub food in Kent!!! ❤️ Absolutely love the fish and chips, lamb, beef, pie, and huge onions rings. Today my family has a lunch here. The best wishes to the staff!!! ❤️During the teachers' strike, there are many mothers with children here. And there are enough places for everyone
