Customer service - Don't care and completely useless if you go direct. Getting any information out of their customer service about how I could pay via pro-forma invoice was painful over the three separate conversations I had with their team no one really asked any question and expected me to know how their ordering system worked. Each time I phoned to ask why nothing was happening about my order I was told something different. In the I managed to pay via pro-forma, waited a week then phoned find out where my order was to be told that they had the payment but the accounts team had not told anyone so it hadn't been dispatched. I can usually handle one or two miss communications but they were completely hopeless and didn't seem to care at any stage of the process. When i spoke to the last person in sales and said what had happened there was not even the remotest idea of an apology.... therefore it's a company thing! Product is really good - but staff don't care!
