As a professional investor, I have become a regular customer of he Property Sourcing company. 2 deals in the last 6 months, both of which I'm super happy with. The sourcers are super-knowledgeable, and the back office makes transactions very smooth. Sourcing fees are competitive, given the robust quality of the properties on offer. The service is a great fit for seasoned investors, able to assess a deal themselves and decide quickly. Most deals are cash, and require swift completion (sometimes under one week).

Jordane your ability to make me laugh and see how complex situations were actually quite simple was a god send, don't ever change! And David for always being there to answer my many many questions (sorry again 😅)!!!! The whole process has been a complete eye opener and I'll never buy an investment property from a estate agent ever again! Their price is much cheaper and I'd recommend any chain free investor to do the same if you like getting a bargain.
