They took great pics/video of the house, carried out all viewings and couldn’t have been more professional. Kim and Jess kept me updated on all progress via a WhatsApp group and even recommended a really good solicitor to use which made the process even easier as they had an established relationship with them.

It's been a pleasure to work alongside Kim. Coming from another Estate Agent, Estate Agents working together is one of the biggest hurdles when it comes to selling properties that are in a chain. Ensuring that everyone works together to keep it together. Sadly this doesn't always happen and sales are left to progress on their own with no sense of urgency or help when there's bumps in the road. However in this instance between me and Kim, we've got a chain through to completion within 9 weeks! The industry standard currently is between 12-18 weeks and that isn't even when there's a chain. So this was a massive achievement! If you're looking to sell your home in sale I would definitely recommend Kim at The Property Man (It's too far me to travel from Bolton to help sell anyone's home haha) Thanks Kim!

We cannot thank the staff at the Property Man Sale M33 Office enough and would single out Kimberley and Jessica in particular who have navigated the sale of our house. Not only did they set the sale price right it attracted lots of interest and a quick sale. Their attention to detail and seeing us through to contract exchange and completion has been outstanding and their fees are extremely reasonable. This is an Independent Estate Agency that in our view go that extra mile for their clients and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house.
