Selling a house shouldn't be this easy, surely. We chose to use The Property Hive because they are our local estate agent and we're so glad we did. On the valuation visit I met with the wonderful Sylvia who filled me with confidence with her knowledge and professionalism, and because she had done her research was able to give a great valuation on our property. We went ahead and our property went on the market on Thursday. We were now in the safe hands of the lovely Fiona, for whom nothing is too much trouble. So we receive a call from Fiona after just one day on the market with a viewing, and as a result of a successful viewing we receive an offer on our property 2 days later and after a little consideration we asked Fiona if she could negotiate a better offer from the buyer and hey presto, only the full asking price. All is going well so far and I feel confident of a smooth sale. All the ladies in the office are so friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend The Property Hive. Selling your house really can be this easy.

I phoned Sylvia to place our house with The Property Hive ...The photos were taken the same day with Ben..alongside the virtual viewing and we were "live.'on Rightmove that very evening....We then had a viewing at 12noon the next day and an offer was made and we accepted it....Thank you to Chloe who I spoke to as well ....This professional sense of urgency has now enabled us to make an offer on a cottage in Cornwall....So thank you to all the Team at The Property Hive for helping us achieve our dream.......
