I can't thank Nicky and the guys enough! They've been looking after me and the flat since I started degree, definitely going to be sad to leave them. It was scary since it's my first flat but they were by my side even when I lost my job during covid. Would definitely recommend them.

For any student or any prospective tenant, I 100% recommend renting with The Property file!! The best renting experience I have had as a student. Nicky made me feel so welcomed and was always quick to deal with matters concerning maintenance and concerns.
