Horrendous customer service if picking up a parcel. I had to wait for all paying customers (that were behind me when I arrived) so I could try to pick up the parcel, which contained medication for my daughter. I had to beg the owner of the shop to try to find the parcel, he kept dismissing me and demanding me to come back later. Iām horrified with the way I was treated - I was very tempted to call the police.
