They don't get back to emails. You have to ring them. Used the service several times. Collected on time and paid in full. Decided to change their policy and ask for payment upfront on smaller orders. Wasn't pleasant on the phone. Sorry but I need to see what I'm getting before I make payment. No way to treat reliable existing customers. I will use Chorley Print from now on.
