Porter was rude and abrupt. We were shocked and would've had better care in NHS. Patient next door to me was brought up by another porter who was really kind and explained everything thing about their room . We made a complaint to my designated nurse apologised for this. She was really kind. And Mr Bardwar my consultant was very kind too.

You walk in and there is a lovely reception space then you go up to the counter and tell the receptionist what you’re there for and she waves you off with an eye roll to a second outpatient reception space that is shabby, with a miserable front desk, long queues and a crowded room with GP vibes. It’s basically catfishing.

Katy and Fiona always go way above expectation and nothing is ever too much. Dr Hanief is amazing, he really cares and is professional and supportive at all times. The chemo team are also fantastic. Abbie Foreman, scrub nurse has also been through my journey from the start and has been incredible. All great ambassadors of PMH. Charlotte Rose

We would like to say a big thank you to Dr. Aldren and his team. They did a great job. Dr. Aldren diagnosed the underlying cause and suggested surgery and removed adenoids for our daughter Mahathi. He is extremely caring and patient enough to answer all our questions. He explains it in a very clear way so that we were able to understand. I strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an ENT specialist. Please say our big thanks to the nurse Michelle who took great care of our daughter yesterday. She is so dedicated, loving, and service-oriented person. She was extremely helpful. We were so fortunate to have her as our daughter's nurse. Overall we had a wonderful experience yesterday at the Princess Margaret Hospital.
