FAQ
What services do you provide during labor and delivery?
We provide a wide range of services during labor and delivery, including prenatal care, pain management options, delivery options such as water birth and elective caesarean section, and postnatal care for both mother and baby. What is the average length of stay for mother and baby?
The average length of stay for a mother and baby at our hospital depends on a number of factors, including the type of delivery and any complications that may arise. However, our staff works to ensure that mothers and babies are discharged as soon as it is safe and appropriate to do so.What are the qualifications and experience of your nurse practitioners?
Our nurse practitioners are highly qualified and experienced healthcare professionals. They hold advanced degrees in nursing and have completed additional training and certification in their specialties. They work closely with our physicians and other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care to our patients. What is your delivery time for orders, and what are the shipping options?
As a hospital, we do not deliver products or services in the same way that a retail store or online retailer would. Instead, we provide medical care to our patients on an as-needed basis. We do not offer shipping options as our services are provided on site. How do you ensure patient privacy and confidentiality?
We take patient privacy and confidentiality very seriously at our hospital. We have strict policies and procedures in place to protect patient information, including secure electronic medical records and limited access to patient information by authorized healthcare providers. Our staff is also trained in patient confidentiality and sign confidentiality agreements as a condition of employment.Reviews

Incredible that a woman’s LIFE SAVING surgery can be cancelled LAST MINUTE because she requested an ALL female staff( due to previous SA).. It appears that Princess Grace Hospital will refuse to administer life saving treatment if their patients do not share their own faith and beliefs! Despicable! If you don’t want to support a hospital with this ethic, go somewhere else.

So disappointed with this hospital considering it is private. GP referred me and told me to go to the hospital to make appointment. Went to hospital who told me to go online, applied for appointment online (given that its pretty urgent and i need to be seen within the 2 week period) did not hear anything back. Called hospital again 3 days later who said there is no record of my applying online for appointment and that they dont even know where that online booking goes to!!!!! Now i am being told that my referral letter is not sufficient enough even though i have one from my NHS GP and private GP, apparently it is not signed and only digitally signed.

I was in the hospital for a day case surgery and all the staff, nurses and doctors were amazing. The care and attention was perfect and I never felt uncomfortable. The private rooms are exactly what you would want and I was very well looked after by Rohini who was the nurse assigned to look after me.
