We are absolutely livid. This restaurant has lost loyal customers of 10+ years due to sheer rudeness of which has now happened multiple times. We ordered a meal a week ago and had to phone because a voucher they were advertising was not working. The guy on the phone was very rude but we left it be because we thought he might be having a bad day. We tried ordering again tonight, again having to talk on the phone because the delivery slots were not showing up on the website. Instead of understanding, apologizing and trying to sort the problem, we got nothing but rudeness and being made to feel like an inconvenience. It doesn't matter how good the food is, if that's how you're made to feel. The customer service is absolutely disgraceful and it ruins the rest of the night.

Visited and ate here very recently and enjoyed the evening buffet selection. Some nice curries, but a shame that they were all chicken. The naga one was the best one. Place is clean, the staff are welcoming and will definitely go back soon to see if they change the selections as would love to see a lamb and/or a beef curry!

Been for the first time in this restaurant with my family. The Indian food was not good and quite oily. The restaurant is very deceiving the bill and menu price do not match. I was told to order chilli paneer for 7.99 and in the end the bill was 8.99 also the increase the normal curry price from 3.99 to 7.99 stating that they now made it main course. Not very professional and also did not provide a proper bill. Will not recommend this restaurant.
