I have switched to online appointment scheduling because I go 4 to 5 days during phone in time without success. I was told to come up and book, but I am sick so why come up twice? Once to schedule and secondly to see a doctor if lucky. Then, my on line appt slots ate canceled or move from doctor of choice to a nurse who is limited in what she/he can do then. I am frequently instructed to go to A&E. The practice has truly gone down hill. I have waited more than a year on referrals and have made numerous trips to A&E just to get care. There is less available treatment at the practice like blood work, urinalysis, and other tests. Since Dr Cohen disappeared from the practice, the use of doctors or CRNPs is ridiculous. They have to search through histories, they cannot get access to diagnostics like CTs to visualize themselves or have knowledge to read them. What is the point of having GP if he/she just refers elsewhete? Can't order tests? Tests are unavailable?

My review on this surgery the reception staff i have never had an issue, but i think they really need to sort GPs out i never seem to get the same doctor and i have to explain over and over again what the problem is, since Dr Cohen disappeared from the surgery then the pandemic we dont have a doctor we can call our own doctor,which we should have one (one that we can confide in, i dont think that alot to ask for, plus blood tests we have a 2/3 week wait or make a trip to jimmys, like i have just had to do)

This place is worst place on earth to go for help I have been trying to book appointment and every day I get told , that I have to call at 8am which I did over and over but they keep saying we don’t have appointments the staff are so rude very unprofessional very unwelcoming absolutely inadequate. They literally don’t give a toe, I have been suffering pain with my knee and I just feel hopeless I give up , doctors their are very inconsiderate they don’t even listen your complaining
