I have found Jo to be a true expert in her field; she has been exceptionally quick to identify root cause in a complex presentation and extremely dedicated and effective in delivering my treatment and rehabilitation programs when physiotherapists seen prior (at other practices) had not been successful. Jo's broad medical expertise sets her apart; for me, she was able to identify a potential underlying medical issue. Above all else, Jo is a professional for whom helping her patients is the clear priority and whose busy appointment schedule endorses my own recommendation!

This is a one star rating to the reception and admin staff, not the therapists. I have been a regular customer. I am also 8 months pregnant. I woke up with a cold or a flu and neither willing to put any potential risk to my pregnancy nor passing over the flu to other people , I called in the morning to reschedule my visit that was to take on the same day. I accept that they have 24 hour cancellation policy, but rather than trying to finding a compromise given the force-major events, they just charged me for the full appointment which I did not attend due to health reasons. I find this very unethical and shortsighted. I don’t intend going to this place again, which means that for a short-term gain of one time-fee, they lost future profits from a regular customer.

Absolutely shocked by the rudeness of reception. Curt, unhelpful, aggressive & uninformed. Reception should be informed regarding teachers Pilates background & where they have trained. I would have thought this is part of the job desvrivptiin. Part of the job. Not who’d I want answering phones at my practice. You’ve just lost a local customer before I could even see the Pilates teacher & I hear they are good. Turned right off!
