Excellent - If you want to make with stoneware then this is the place to come. All construction techniques, including six potters wheels, banding wheels and all the necessary tools and aprons. High quality clay and super studio glazes. Richie has time for all students, the experience, knowledge and excellent coffee too. A wonderful range of students also makes for a great, hardworking atmosphere. I heartily recommend The Pot Factory.

All ideas are welcomed and expertly nurtured by Richard, who encourages you to take your clay creativity seriously but also never to be too precious about the results, creating a relaxed, happy, friendly and fun atmosphere where you can develop your own styles, producing a vast array of very different outcomes, which in turn inspire others. The studio has excellent resources for a delightful experience with very pleasant fellow potters.

The Pot Factory is an amazing resource for would be potters - offering great resources for hand building and throwing on the potters wheel. The ceramics you make are gas fired for a rich, deep glaze & are included in class price which makes this class very economical. Richie is a talented and practicing potter and is super generous with his studio resource's (& scooby snacks at break!). Pot Factory also offers boot camps for beginners & intermediate throwers! Professional studio ... I highly recommend.

The Pot Factory pottery sessions amazing! They are run by Rich who is an experienced artist and lovely person. The other people are really friendly and inspiring. We use stoneware clay and glazes made by Rich. There is the opportunity to be as creative as you like, make what you want and try new materials. The sessions are 3 hours one day a week and the price of the sessions is very reasonable. The studio has everything you need and is well organised. You have as much or little support in the session as you want. Oh and Rich makes great coffee! 😊
