Alex is an invaluable source of calm and practical advice for anyone realising having a puppy is bloody hard! We have had 2 zoom calls in our first two weeks of the monster moving in. These have been life savers. We are also signed up to puppy classes and have purchased some handy supplies and crib sheets too. A one stop shop to help you navigate the contradictory advice from books, the internet and friends who have dogs and love to share their opinions.

The Choosing a Puppy session has been the best thing we could of done in our puppy hunt and I could not recommend it enough. The advice provided by Alex has been incredibly helpful. She listened to what we had to say and then used her extensive knowledge to support us in our search. She was able to answer any questions and prompted us to think about things we had not considered. The resources that she provided are clear and easy to understand. Booking this session has made the puppy hunt seem much less overwhelming and I am confident that because of this session we be able to find a healthy dog that will be happy living with our family. I would really encourage anyone who is thinking of getting a puppy to do it.

As first time Dog owners, Alex has been amazing at providing support to help us and our puppy grow in confidence. Alex is insightful, patient and looks to tailor advice to individual circumstances. Starting with the puppy class through to one to one sessions, this has made our experience so much better and helped us immensely along the way. As an added bonus we have found the harness service excellent allowing us to change it as our puppy has grown before final purchase.

We’ve just finished our series of 6 puppy training classes with Martha, our 5 month old black Labrador retriever. We feel we’ve all learnt a lot. Alex is a great communicator and Martha loved her! Each of the lessons (and our homework) were fun, informative and so helpful in the development of Martha. It’s been hard work but without Alex’s professional direction heaven knows where we’d be now! Alex is a kind, supportive, encouraging, and joyful trainer, who I would 100% recommend. We took part in the puppy school course, which had to be shifted online due to Covid. I was initially unsure about how this would work, but Alex was incredible! Offering both group and one-to-one advice throughout the sessions, and then generously continuing to support us all through the week on WhatsApp. Alex created a really supportive environment in which we could ask anything about our pups behaviour - and all of the advice Alex gave, unsurprisingly, worked a treat! The sessions were a lot of fun and we are genuinely sad the course has come to an end, it was such a lovely way to kick-start the weekend. If and when we need any puppy advice in the future, we'll definitely be booking in with Alex for 1-to-1 sessions. Thanks so much, Alex!

Alex has been absolutely incredible and I genuinely cannot recommend her enough. Her enthusiasm, patience and knowledge has been invaluable and we’ve loved every second of puppy classes. Taking part over zoom exceeded my expectations - the classes were well put together, interactive and still plenty of one-to-one time even though it was a group session. There has been so much support available every step of the way & any time of day through the WhatsApp group.
