We bought something online from this place.. There are no instructions on how to return an item either on the website or included in the parcel... Of course.. When I try and phone for advice even though the 'shop' had been supposedly open for 15 minutes all I get is a recorded voice saying "we are not open now" I'd avoid this place and look elsewhere
