Ben and his team are thoroughly professional and have given honest assessments of the practicalities and/or remedies to fix our swimming pond which has suffered from a number of issues over the last few years (might I add that The Pond Specialist was not involved in the installation of this and was only brought in when problems were found) - they have offered their advice and solutions to our issues with both cost, upheaval (we run a boutique hotel so guest disruption is always in the back of our mind) and alternative ways of going about the tasks which at times have seemed rather daunting but in reality and with The Pond Specialists help and advice have not been nearly as awful as we expected. I cannot recommend Ben and his team more strongly, not only are they all charming and respectful not only of us, but also the environment they are in and I find at the heart of the Company there is an honesty that shines through and a determination to find a solution to whatever is thrown at them.
