I have now been to both Harrogate and Flint House. For me Harrogate is the better of the both. Staff are professional, friendly, caring. All skilled and trained in there subjects. The free treatments are amazing and a nice touch. Being from the South. I'm going to say it Northerners are very friendly and accommodating people. The only bonus of Flint House is the surrounding countryside. I think Flint House however, could learn from Harrogate in regards to there welfare programme, and how to treat people.

I attended as a retired officer following a very bad motorcycle accident. In 7 days I had more physio than in several months on the nhs. The facilities were first class and the staff were wonderful. I will be returning for further treatment in a few months. Most important of all it has given me the confidence to try new exercises at home and attempt to walk without my crutches.

Excellent all round, knowledgeable and really friendly staff from physios, admin, reception, dining room, and domestic staff. Nothing is too much for them. The mend serving and retired police officers both physically and mentally, in a wonderful building in pleasant grounds.
