Nice venue, good bar and waiting area Some of the staff could benefit from customer interaction training, they were rather curt with us. I was taking a photo of my daughter singing & a staff member put his hand in front of my lens and rudely said I was not allowed to take pictures. Hundreds of other people were snapping away but this guy just picked on me. Rude staff all round. I'll never bother again.

Nice to visit somewhere local to see a first class show. Need to sort access from the cafe to the auditorium as it gets very congested and as a disabled person with two sticks this is problematic. Would be nice if the seats were a bit more comfortable.....

Arrived alittle late due to traffic, but the staff were absolutely fantastic, they showed us to our seats, my mother who is disabled couldn’t get to the seats booked but the staff were happy to help her find more accessible seats, got some drinks and sweets from the foyer during half time and I was shocked at how decently priced everything was! The show was amazing (the magic in science), The manager even took time to talk to my son afterwards, he quoted “this is the best day ever!”, incredible service and a beautifully done up theatre, will absolutely be returning.
