I saw Hazel today, at short notice following an injury. I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed, and was welcomed warmly. The care given was gentle and the time taken to listen and understand very much appreciated. I was sent here on recommendation, and I would recommend personally too. I hope not to need any further treatment, but equally it would be a shame to not see Hazel again!

Thankyou so much! After a difficult delivery of my twin baby boys unsurprising they seemed to have a few issues and were extremely unsettled most of the time! Exhausted and desperate I booked in to have them looked at. After a couple of sessions I now have two happy baby boys and one happy mummy! They were so friendly and understanding not to mention great with my babies, definitely 5 stars from me! Thanks again :)

I have been seeing Mr Heib for a little over 6 months now . I cannot ever thank him enough for helping me the way he has. I was extremely poorly when we 1st met with numerous complaints. Not only has he managed to diagnose and treat me, he has always explained why he's doing What he is doing and the benefits. Im always well informed and advised. As a family we have been using Laurent and Hazel since 1985. We first used Laurent to help with a difficult birth of our Son. Following the very first treatment we saw fantastic results. We kept on with the programme for approx 6 months, it was like Laurent had given us a different child. Absolutely brilliant. Since then we have used the practice to treat us for back pain, persistent migraines, recovery from knee and foot surgery, frozen shoulders, in fact any general aches and pains and general well being is dealt with in their stride. Over the years we have been treated by Laurent, Hazel, Pinal and Dedj and always found the treatment and care to be of the highest standard and very effective. I would trust them unquestionably and have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone. I have been going to see Pinal for many years with a variety of back, neck and foot problems. She is brilliant, so professional, and has always managed to sort me out, till the next time I do something stupid! When I broke my foot and ankle, she was able to help me regain mobility when the NHS physio couldn’t. I have also seen Hazel and Laurent when Pinal has been unavailable, and they have been great too. I usually am offered an appointment on the same day, and the reception staff is very friendly and understanding. I have recommended The Point of Health to several members of my family and friends, and they have become regulars too. I don’t know how I would manage if Pinal, Hazel and Laurent were not there to put me back together again! 10 out of 10 for every aspect of the service.

I moved from Chandler's Ford 16 years ago and have been hard pressed to find another osteopath as good and as professional as Hazel. I have had years of niggling back pain together with neck issues. Hazel sorted my neck issues out instantly, despite me having previously been through the hospital system, traction, physio etc. I also damaged my cruciate ligament and with gentle manipulation and exercise I managed to avoid surgery. Absolutely amazing with babies too. When my daughter was a baby she had cranial sessions with Hazel as she suffered with ear aches - never looked back. I would not hesitate in recommending her services. I have recommended friends to her several times in the past.

I had a motor bike accident early in life, and have been managing chronic pain for many years. When the medical profession had exhausted their options I was left only with pain control. For over 10 years now Hazel has been the mainstay of my pain management regimen. She has worked hard to enable me to lead the kind of life that at one stage seemed beyond my hopes. Her goal has always been to make my dependence upon her less, as my own body learns to look after itself. But I know that she is always there if an acute flare up should occur. I have also recommended her skills to others, including to mothers with new born babies, and the results have always been remarkably positive. We live in an age where 'alternative' remedies struggle for recognition. All I can say is that in my experience Hazel is a remarkable practitioner. She has, with no exaggeration on my part, significantly increased my quality of life. I would continue to recommend her to anyone needing a fresh approach to their pain management.
