Extremely disappointed. Booked The Pod Guys for our wedding, paid a deposit, had the prints designed with them and then they were a no show on our big day. No communication and when our events manager reached out they denied we even had a booking but have our £285 deposit. Caused stress on what should have been a perfect day, would not recommend. EDIT: in response to the below comment, as you have refused to engage with us over email, we were never sent a final invoice from you but would happily have paid. We paid 50% of the total bill to secure and guarantee your service. You scammed us by not showing up or communicating with us. We’ve sought external advice and have reported you to trading standards to support in recovering our deposit. Would welcome your response over email to discuss further and give us our compensation as due.

Untrustworthy company. We booked The Pod Guys for our wedding and secured our booking with a 50% deposit however they failed to turn up on our biggest day. Disappointing enough that the Pod Guys never turned up on our wedding day, but they have failed to answer our emails, take any accountability or provide an apology, failed to communicate with our venue and continue to withhold our payment of 50% which is still with them to guarantee the booking. We have been forced to report this company, along with the owner Khim Tran to trading standards.

The Pod Guys were brilliant at our wedding - the layout of the set of prints was exactly what we wanted; Khim arrived on time and the set up was seamless. We had the open air photo booth and our guests absolutely loved it. Khim was very friendly and helpful throughout - a real asset to an evening! Thank you!

We use The Pod Guys for our Wedding this year and they were amazing !! Khim was brilliant and great with our guest!! The package we chose was to have unlimited prints with a guest book which was a great touch as I didn’t want a traditional guest book !! We were able to customise the prints as well to the Art Deco theme of the wedding. All in all they were great to deal with, brilliant packages and the quality of the prints was amazing. The pod was also good as it can go anywhere our venue had rooms upstairs where the pod was going so to be able to transport it was key. Thank you The Pod Guys A**** all the way

Such great fun! We hired The Pod Guys for our wedding in April 2017 because their photo booths were different from the usual ones we have seen at weddings. They arrived early to set-up and were really professional and discreet when doing so which was important for us as our guests had just sat down and started eating. We originally booked the inflatable photo booth but due to lack of space on the day at our venue, The Pod Guys suggested we go with just the camera pod stand on its own. This worked out perfectly as it meant we could do bigger group shots and cram more people into each photo which is always a great laugh. They have a massive range of photo print templates to choose from and even personalised it for us to include our names and date of our wedding. All of our guests loved the photo booth and were pleased to be able to take home their prints as a special memento of the day. Even the "oldies" were getting in on the action and made good use of the props provided. I would highly recommend The Pod Guys for your wedding! You won't be disappointed!
