Thank you to the Soft Play centre for another amazing birthday for my 5 year old. This is the second time we have used the room and it was a great experience with the staff being super helpful throughout and the children and parents enjoying the space. Feeling lucky to have such a wonderful venue in this area!!

This gym is absolutely perfect - usually quiet and always clean, with plenty of equipment to use. The team are fantastic, especially Ali. Ali always goes over and above to greet people, make them feel welcome & gives you great advice on things you could be doing. I’d 100% recommend this gym.

I like this gym but I had to leave it because of the prices. Another thing to consider is that you have to give 20 days notice when leaving otherwise they charge you.

I feel strongly to write a review after my experience at Plumstead, I met a lady last Saturday, I think she was a Manager from another site, her name was Jean. What an asset to the company, she went above and beyond to assist me with the membership as the computer says no, my phone was not connecting to the internet, she rang me to assist me to do it at home. I ask for an induction as it was my first time using a gym. She ask me to come in the following day for my induction and I was really impressed with her professionalism. Have been using it regularly since and all the staff are friendly and helpful, would recommend this wonderful place.
