Carvery, meats were great, yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes very nice. But veggies were over cooked, cauliflower cheese was watery with not a lot of cheese 😐

Food was hot and tasty! Bar staff & lady manager moody and wasn’t interested in serving us a drink. Girl on food orders brown hair, young very lovely & helpful tho. She’s a credit to your team.

Consistently great! We visit the plume quite often as it's our go to carvery! The food is always fresh and tasty! The staff are brilliant and nothing is ever too much trouble! We had a young blonde girl serve us recently (can't remember her name) but she was brilliant! Excellent service and we didn't have to lift a finger (thank god as we couldn't have moved after our meal!) This is always our fast choice if we fancy a meal out and travel to eat here! Thank you all for always a lovely meal out!

The food was lukewarm. The small plate was not available on menu on a Saturday. However they allowed my 94 year old mother to have it. She does not take big meals. Staff were friendly 2 course menu not available despite the place being empty. Offers like that might encourage more diners.
