Do not go in this shop unless you are a Qualified and trading Plumber. The Staff here particularly the grey haired guy treats you like you are thick. He obviously does not like selling to the public and delights in the fact that you need his help. He should put a sign on the door that’s states Trade Only.He doesn’t want you in his little shop. His attitude stinks, there are plenty of other places to go. I would not award 1star if I could but the site will not work without awarding at least one. He doesn’t deserve anything.

The oversized dude that works in there was about as unhelpful as you can get. I asked if he had a simple 3/4" BSP female to 1/2" BSP male coupler (really common) so I can add an extension to a shower riser. He told me that it was not possible and that I would have to buy a new shower!! What school did this clown go to? I simply solved the issue with the local Wolsley plumbing supply store who had amazingly helpful staff. How can the Plumbing shop be in business when they don't know their trade? They ain't no plumbers that is for sure.
