We attended the playfarm over the weekend the staff there said to us we cant take our pram down the steps and into the softplay area, therefore we left it at the top of the steps with everyone elses pram (no signs was here to say leave at your own risk), so we then went inside the soft play area, 2 hours later we went to put our 2 year old into our pram which had been stolen, the staff told us to leave our pram there however they now deny they said this, they refuse to take any responsibility , they sent me a picture via social media to show me there is a sign up to say all things left at owners risk, however no sign at top of the steps once u leavr your pram , they open the locked gate and the small sign is there, not really helpfull after they told us to leave it there, the attitude from the owner is frankly disgusting my 2 year old (only just turned 2) has no pram now, they didnt care at all, police was called and they told me the playfarm are liable for this ,,, so did the security they called at the time,,, BEWARE of going here staff shocking ,,,,no remorse no nothing what a JOKE !!!

lovely little softplay and my son loves it. Shame parents and staff are too oblivious to the bigger kids in the baby/toddler areas. My son (16 months) was barged twice by 7/8 year olds in the toddler area today. Parents too busy having a mothers meeting to supervise their children’s behaviour. Staff didn’t even notice so we ended up leaving early.

I do not understand how on earth you can allow 24 month old babys to be mixing safely with older children during play ? After visiting I find that very unsafe and alarming to see that going on, most surprised and very uneasy as the way that is set up ..toddlers of +2 are in with boys and girls of 7 years old ?
