Great soft play for nearly 3yo and 5yo. Ordered a meal from the dairy free menu - which they specifically found for us. Meal came and quickly realised (after a few bites) that it had cheese in it. Returned it and fresh meal provided. Thankfully, only an intolerance to contend with but pretty poor kitchen management and could be a very different story if that meal had been provided to someone with milk allergy.

I've been taking my son here for years, it's safe to say that this is the best, most welcoming and accommodating soft play around! The prices are fair, food is great and the staff are always so welcoming. I'll be taking my kids here for the foreseeable future, especially when the 2nd child arrives! Parking can sometimes be a bit hit and miss depending how busy but its quite rare that youll never get a spot. I've never struggled. (Message for the play factory) *If there's anything I wouldnt change, it's your choice in staff! Last week I heard a child crying and straight away one of the staff members alerted another member of staff, they were right onto it.*

It was very busy which I expected with it being the weekend. However there were so many older children in the toddler area. I was constantly on edge to ensure that none of the children in my care were knocked over.
