Excellent service. Re-chromed a horseshoe that is almost 70 years old and returned looking like new. Service was outstanding, communicated with me throughout to let me know what was happening. Very professional and price was very reasonable. Very pleased. Would highly recommend.

It's when things go wrong a company shows it's true mettle. I posted several 1930's drawer knobs to be brass plated to The Plating Group. They were returned chromed... I rang them up. They immediately apologised with no quibbling or prevarication, arranged to have the knobs collected at their own cost next day and brass plated promptly. I had them back nicely brass plated not long afterwards. That level of after-sales customer service is rare these days; I would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Tired, chipped old chrome plated Gucci money clip brought back to life! Really glad my google search led me to The Plating Group. They quoted me a great price within an hour, after filling in a simple form and posting it to them, I had what looked like a brand new money clip back with me in a few days, this time in a fresh new brass coating (more colour/coating options available). I don’t do reviews often, but I’m so pleased with the quality of the finish (and myself for not chucking it away), I thought it was worth sharing!
