Be careful of going on a sunny Sunday. Only two staff in the cafe, one was run off her feet unable to even collect used plates from the tables and the other kitchen staff forgot half our order. An hour and ten minutes after arriving we got the coffee and tea we ordered.

Would give zero stars if it was possible. We purchased an Acer from the Plant Centre last year and this season it has half dead. It has been looked after as per the instructions. When I called the Plant Centre this morning I spoke to a member of staff who I won't name basically said there was no guarantee. I explained that we have a number of Acer's and this was the only one that didn't make it through the winter even though we put it under cover with the others. The member of staff just chuckled when I explained that when I purchased a plant from Hillier's that died they refunded us without any quibble. This was a very poor response from the Plant Centre and as we are in the process of spending approximately £10000 completely landscaping a new build property with mature trees and plants I will now spend the money elsewhere. Very disappointed.

We have now visited rice within a week. What a lovely Garden Centre. A wonderful range of shrubs and in the Polly tunnels a wonderful of plants coming on for this season. The centre also has a delightful snack bar with a selection of food and drinks and its staffed by a group if lovely young folk who work extremely hard and in good heart and humour.

Some great plants. It's great to go to look for plants at a place that concentrate on purely providing quality plants and goods associated with plants. There is a cafe outlet which is very relaxed and great cakes and lattes
