Horrible building to live in. Noisy outside. Unpleasant surrounding with super sewer building site. Nothing interesting around. No coffee shops, nothing. Awful area. Constant traffic and commuting is a nightmare no matter how you travel- car, bus tube,train. No, just big NO!!!

Great property - spacious modern loft apartments with great porter service, secure parking, gym, office space, art gallery all onsite. Mostly lateral with two huge lifts so wheelchair and mobility friendly. Many nearby shops, huge parks, cafes, transport, tennis courts, riverside promenade. Close enough to centre and walking distance to buzz but quiet, suburban spot nice for families. Thames tunnel adds a bit of construction nextdoor the next few years but it's temporary.
