Dipak is the most helpful, efficient, kind and knowledgeable pharmacist I have ever met. The Pillbox wasn't even my "nominated" pharmacy at the time, it was Tesco Superstore (who didn't have the medication despite having the prescription for 3 days, and who gave me lots of conflicting information about when my tablets would be in and were generally unhelpful), but the Pillbox is my pharmacy now. I tried 3 other pharmacies but none had the medication I needed. At 6pm last night Dipak was phoning his suppliers urgently trying to get my medication. My medication came in at 9am this morning and it had been set aside as soon as the delivery came in. When I came in to collect it, Dipak showed me a useful website to consult about medication as well. He had also phoned my surgery to inform them that he was uncomfortable giving the dosage they had prescribed. Thank you so much Dipak 🙏

This is the best pharmacy in England as far as I am concerned. We were unable to get a vital medication from any of our local chemists (we tried approximately 30 and were met with the “don’t have it, can’t get it, bye). Called The Pillbox and the service was something else, the pharmacist went above and beyond, calling the supplier and eventually managing to get the tablets ordered and delivered within 24 hours (on Xmas Eve) to say he saved our Xmas is an understatement. Anyone local to this pharmacy should never go anywhere else. Thanking you from the very stressed people in Romford.

A most wonderful independent pharmacy, who went above and beyond to get the medication my daughter needed before Christmas, when no other pharmacy had it, or would even try to get it for us in time. We had to take a 30 minute drive to get there as it was not in our area, but found them very helpful and extremely pleasant. Cannot praise them enough. I wish I lived near there. Thank you so much!
