Stayed here for three nights and had a lovely stay! The hotel is charming and the dining area is super cozy. The drinks and food we had there were good. The staff was so accommodating and very kindly held our bags for us before we could check in and after we checked out so we could explore the city without hauling them around with us. The location was so convenient by Paddington Station. It was also one of the best prices I found for a hotel this nice. Highly recommend!

First, the staff was great. The rooms were nice, clean and updated. The location is really good - walking distance from Hyde Park and right near Paddington station. Our main issue was that the windows did not block the noise and the drapes did not darken the room enough. The bottom line is - we did not sleep well the 5 nights we stayed at the hotel. This is really not cool. Also, the room service is an additional charge of 20p. I don't understand why a hotel charges more for room service?! This is the only factor that distinguishes a hotel from an apartment.
