Visiting Dumfries and delighted to see dedicated children's shoe shop. Shop was lovely and customer service fantastic. Paid a rip off price of £50 for trainers believing they would last and then within 30 days the heels are worn down beyond belief and coming apart told this was wear and tear by my daughter owners attitude was shocking never buy again from here 13 years in business or not !!!! Customer service poor avoid
