    Used their online store to have a frame made up for a canvas. It arrived but sized incorrectly. They were not quick or pleasant to deal with to try and rectify. Firstly, they started by accusing me of providing the wrong dimensions. Secondly i had to send across several emails with various photos to prove i was correct. Then i had to pack and send the original incorrect frame to send back to them for them to confirm they were wrong. Then i had to wait for a replacement. Still left with a frame with a excessively large gap around the canvas, but i would rather keep my sanity then have to deal with them again. I could and should have just made it myself and saved myself the headache and time wasted.
