Absolutely useless. After my Gran passed away recently I bought a locket as a present for my Mum which can hold 2 small photos. As I wanted it to be perfect I decided to ask a professional to print the pictures to the right size. I wish I never bothered. The pictures were printed on poor quality paper, the wrong size and then they lost one of the plastic pieces that holds the photo in place. They charged me £5 for the privilege. I could have done a better job myself. Thanks for ruining such a special present.
