I’m always amazed at the knowledge of the butchers in The Pickled Pig. It’s my son’s birthday and he’s always wanted to try Wagu steak. We were pointed to a special deal and bought an amazing steak with a piece of sirloin to go with it with advice on how long to cook them. The butcher understood my concern about chewy meat and there was nothing but buttery loveliness here. Simply wow! We love The Pickled Pig. Whether you want fresh meat, cheese, Baklava or Greek breads they have it all in abundance. Thank you 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
