I was referred to this physio after a RTC. I didn’t arrive at this clinic until 3 months after my accident, my muscles had heeled in a way which I shielded my body from the pain. So when I arrived here I was so stiff and really struggled to move which for me is a far cry from the athletic, sporty individual I once was! From my first session they knew what was wrong, and set about correcting it, they don’t just treat your affected areas they teach you how to treat it with out them. It’s because of this after my 5th session I was feeling more like me again! I honestly can’t thank them enough I’m back to cycling and running like I never stopped. Thank you!
