Just booking an appointment has taken me two hours, three phone calls to my insurance company and passed around multiple departments. You need to do better. If I hadn't had a consultant referral to Nuffield I would have preferred to go elsewhere. Let's hope the appointments are better. Shocking service Update on the above. Yes, the process as described above is an utter shambles...however... I am pleased to say that the staff behind the desk and the physios that are there are excellent so far, friendly and helpful. The Physio..I'm almost scared to admit I am hopeful after years of not much progress..time will tell but cautiously optimistic that I'm improving.

Having attended cardiac rehab I wanted to rebuild lost muscle mass and booked a few sessions to see Dave Bown the personal trainer with the physiotherapy department. I really enjoyed the sessions and Daves professionalism so much so that I continued to attend for 12 months, and achieved my training goals and was able to take some of the training techniques into my sessions at my own gym.
