Having attended the Middlesbrough branch recently I experienced a slight issue that required some attention which I am very pleased to say was addressed fairly and professionally. Having raised the concern I was contacted by Katy as well as members from Northallerton branch who were all very understanding and extremely diplomatic with their help and reassurance. Particularly Katy who offered particular assistance and advice. I am pleased to report that I have been reassured and that my concern was resolved.
