Got my screen replaced on Saturday was OK for 1hr now phone doesn't work 😒 also the sound wasn't right have got all my personal photos on it and phone numbers I didn't back up my details which is my fault ,I will never again go in there for repairs avoid cost me £60 Just a update went back to shop as he was going to look at my phone gave back my phone in bits,now I've got to buy another new avoid this shop unless you want your phone in pieces

Just had a new screen fitted on my iPhone 5, as soon as I got it home the battery went from 100% to 0% then plugged it in went back up to 109% again, battery was great before new screen was fitted as it’s only about 8 months old. Was basically told the battery was like that when he fitted the screen but offered the replace battery for another £20 not £25 didn’t even say I’ll have a look at it first. Now I have no phone and wasted £30. I’m a key worker and my phone is needed during these difficult times. Avoid this shop if you’re phone is important to you
