Purely based on their level of customer service: it’s awful. Tried to come for a walk in and you call the number they don’t pick up, I could see the appts on the booking service but it kept saying error when I tried to book. After I reached out to “Chloe” via Instagram, she informs me that it’s appt only - I understand, I then inform her that I can see appts but the error issue, she then advises that if it won’t let you book that means it’s not there and I should refresh to see most up to date, I refreshed and hey presto appt is still showing. This is a system that you have opted to use which is obviously having a few issues, but throughout the whole conversation not even “I’m sorry, system fault” it seemed as the customer has to be the one to figure it out and it’s really weird that she herself cannot advise if there is an appt or not. It’s a strange albeit funny case of “computer says no”. Would I come here, no, the poor level of customer service is shocking. I advise if you want decent customer service levels to go elsewhere. I truly wish Leeds had more hairdressers that cater to Afro-Caribbean hair as at least once there is competition the customer can vote with their feet and maybe just maybe others such as hairline design would up their customer service game. Toni and Guy do amazing silk presses and even if they are fully booked they communicate that in a manner that screams customer service. This place…no…

The customer service was great and the wig styling came out nice. However, my hair wasn’t washed properly and you could clearly see the dirt. After complaining I was told it’s just left over conditioner, I complained again because you could see the dirt in several sections (the hairdresser kept on spraying water to scratch off the dirt) and was told again that it’s just conditioner when everyone knows left over conditioner doesn’t turn out into white residue all over your hair. My hair was also still dry after the steam treatment and no heat protectant was used while blow drying my hair. My suggestion is that you listen to what the customer is saying and also try to understand the hair type you’re working on. I have thick and long low porosity hair and I’m sure the hairstylist didn’t pay attention to that. Would also like to mention again that the customer service was good, it was just the service itself that was poor because now I’ll have to wash my hair again since it wasn’t done properly, bare in mind I wasn’t given any compensation.

I've just been today and let me tell you I felt a million dollars when I left. How my hair was when I arrived compared to how it was when I left....chiiile💜👑 Cleo was amazing, very friendly, no awkwardness at all. Very knowledgeable, knows her stuff. Great with hair. Margaret the other lady is lovely too. I got a deluxe silk press, which was worth the price. The shine though! My hair feels nice and soft. Definitely will come back. 5*
